THE GLOBAL CHANGE INCUBATOR
A 10-month in depth professional journey for
current and aspiring leaders
of social and systemic change.
AN INCUBATOR DESIGNED TO UNCOVER THE CAPACITY OF OUR MINDS TO CREATE INDIVIDUAL, COMMUNITY, AND SYSTEMIC CHANGE.
The current state of the world is a reflection of the state of our minds. In order to change the state of the world we must first understand what's behind the state of our minds. That's why this incubator focuses solely on catalyzing a leaders' ability to uncover the capacity of our minds to create individual, community, and systemic change.
WHEN WE CHANGE, SYSTEMS CHANGE
We currently have systems in place that are not meeting the needs of the humans in which they were designed to serve.
When we see the link between our minds and our collective thought systems, organizations, politics and social constructs, we can use that knowledge and insight to create a new world.
UNCOVERING SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS
The Global Change Incubator will take an in-depth look at how the human mind is designed and works for us all and how a deeper understanding naturally creates a solution-based environment within each individual. With that, change is accelerated and scaled into society and the world.

World Class Virtual Experience
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Global Change Incubator will be offered entirely online and will add in-person experiences when possible, based on CDC recommendations.
The organizations that comprise the IOS Collective have had ample experience adapting our programs to run virtually and will create a dynamic and interactive online experience. We do not just do typical zooms. We do high quality virtual experiences.
