Published on December 4, 2025 by Babette

Hey everyone,

Thank you so much to everyone who joined our community assembly. It was lovely to see both new and familiar faces. These moments are always valuable for us — hearing what’s on your mind, learning about the goals of your collectives, and better understanding how we can support you.

For those who couldn’t attend, here’s a short overview of the topics we discussed:
1. UPDATES from the PLATFORM
  • New expense flow - check the video with instructions
  • Post updates & contact your donors directly
  • Check your report in the dashboad to know how much money comes in and out

2.UPDATES from A4C
  • Read through all the Policies
  • Our Board application is always open
  • Clean-up and OC pricing -  OC will increase service fees for A4C starting in 2026
  • Please support our Questionnaire
  • NEW WEBSITE (launching very soon!)

3. Third party GRANT OPPORTUNITIES
See very interesting grant opportunities that our network was successful in obtaining in this past and could be a huge support for your collective's actions.
Big granters:
  • Climate action engagment Fund, provide financial support to organisations and groups promoting just transition and climate justice in the European Union.
  • European Climate Foundation
  • Erasmus+, project-based support for organizations collaborating across Europe.
  • Climate Emergency Fund, support the brave citizens waking up the public to the climate emergency
  • CAF (Charities Aid Foundation), offers grantmaking services and connects organizations with funding partners.
Smaller granters:
  •  The Pollination Project, seeks to unleash goodness and uplift volunteers all over the world. Their grants are designed to kickstart a volunteer’s or grassroots organization’s work and give you the lift your project needs to thrive and grow.
  • FundAction, brings together a growing community of grassroots activists across Europe who decide together what gets funded.
  • Actie Fonds, movement building for climate justice grassroots groups
  • Lush Charity Pot, grants provide targeted funding to small, grassroots groups working on urgent issues with a clear impact on the environment, people, and animals.

We will continue adding new opportunities when relevant. If you know of other grants that may support our community, please share them.
