We’re excited to welcome two wonderful additions to the Gift Collective whānau!

Sumit Narayan - Programme Administrator
Sumit joins us with deep expertise in financial process improvement and operational clarity, honed in his previous role as a  Credit Control Senior in the training and education sector. Known for his calm precision under pressure and ability to keep complex workflows running smoothly, he’s looking forward to contributing meaningfully to the mahi here at the Gift Collective.

Outside the office, Sumit is a devoted dad to one energetic tamariki and two furry sidekicks, and enjoys unwinding with music and gaming.

Trish Given - Community Outreach Coordinator
Trish is a proactive community connector passionate about helping grassroots groups step confidently into the funding space. Her background spans event coordination, community-led development, environmental initiatives, and education, always thriving at the intersection of people and process to help ideas grow into impactful initiatives.

She loves supporting groups to create meaningful change and brings strong networks across local government, social enterprise, and neighbourhood projects. When she’s not connecting people and ideas, you’ll find her making good things happen (and making good things - sewing, knitting, or dreaming up the next community event!).
